SMS & text messaging

We use your phone number to send transactional SMS messages related to your bookings only when you have provided express written consent. We do not sell or share your phone number with third-party marketers.

Information sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With the landscaping professional assigned to your booking (name, property address, service instructions).
  • With payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions — we do not store full card numbers.
  • With cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of Imperial Garden, our users, or the public.

Data retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Service records and SMS consent audit logs are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with TCPA and applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

Your rights

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information in your account settings.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
