SMS & text messaging

- With the landscaping professional assigned to your booking (name, property address, service instructions).
- With payment processors (Stripe) to complete transactions — we do not store full card numbers.
- With cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Vercel) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
- When required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process.
- To protect the rights, safety, or property of Imperial Garden, our users, or the public.
Data retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Service records and SMS consent audit logs are retained for a minimum of 5 years to comply with TCPA and applicable regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.
