Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Imperial Garden platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Service. Imperial Garden LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on this page.
Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have the authority to enter into binding contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
Services & bookings
Imperial Garden connects customers with independent landscaping professionals. When you submit a booking request:
- Imperial Garden will assign a qualified professional to your service based on availability and location.
- You will receive a booking confirmation via email and, if opted in, SMS.
- Service times are estimates. Professionals may arrive within a window due to scheduling and travel variables.
- You agree to provide safe access to the property and a safe working environment.
- Imperial Garden reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unsafe conditions, weather, or operational issues.
Payments & cancellations
Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of booking. By providing payment information, you authorize Imperial Garden to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service window are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.
SMS communications
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated transactional text messages related to your bookings. Message & data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or updating your account preferences.

Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Provide false or misleading information about yourself or your property
- Harass, threaten, or abuse Imperial Garden staff or service professionals
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access accounts you do not own
- Use scraping, bots, or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Solicit professionals directly to bypass Imperial Garden's platform
Limitation of liability
Imperial Garden provides the platform and service coordination on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Service quality: We work with vetted professionals but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Service quality disputes should be reported within 48 hours.
- Property damage: Claims for property damage must be reported within 72 hours of service completion. Liability is limited to the cost of the booked service.
In no event shall Imperial Garden LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages exceeding the total amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, except where prohibited by law.
